Above is where I've been picturing the hot tub.Clearing it out, obviously -- there's the ghost of a fire pit in the center. That'd be a cool option, too; a lounge area with a fire pit. A pretty little stepping stone path from the patio would be adorable!

There probably is room for a second bathroom down here, with some re-arranging. We could probably make a good-sized bathroom with the washer and dryer in a closet; that would be ideal. There's also a massive freezer down here.

God, that wood paneling makes me feel like I'm being eaten alive by an Ent. It's like being in some totally bizarre vore fantasy (yep, even more bizarre than regular vore)! The ceiling needs work too. Still, it's in functional condition and the carpet is new. As an added bonus, it's HUGE down there.

So, there she is. Our very own Sugar House. It's all terribly exciting! Trixie and Henry have finally begun to get along, so my hopes are really high for this change. I'm already planning paint colors and furnishing, plus I have a couple of tile options I want to check out for a backsplash in the kitchen! Tired of waiting, already!
